The aim of the program is to instill a sense of enjoyment for playing soccer with a commitment to grassroots, establishing a focus on the development and fundamentals of a soccer player in an unpressured competitive environment.
Teams are grouped together, and rotate to play different opponents in four 20-minute games.

Games are designed to:
• Provide an accelerated player development with an enjoyable competitive atmosphere.
• Learn the game while allowing the players to make mistakes and their own decisions.
• Participate in a level of soccer that the player is comfortable with.

FSL 5v5 small-sided games will allow players more touches on the ball and will increase their creativity and confidence. It will help them with dribbling, moves, ball control, vision of the playing field and provide many scoring opportunities.
Looking at the goal is one of the greatest motivators since everyone wants to score.

When players learn to incorporate these fundamentals into their individual game they become “more confident and smarter” soccer players.

We take away the winning and losing factor. The game is competitive and enjoyable, but free of high pressure that players are exposed to in regular league or tournament play.
